1. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime in your DRIPARA account.
2. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery if it’s unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Just email us at support@dripara.com with your order number.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. Shop safe and fast.
4. How fast is shipping?
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most EU orders arrive in 3–6 days.
5. I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
Contact us ASAP at support@dripara.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help you out.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. If you don’t see your country at checkout, DM us on Instagram @dripara.
